"Finally gave up on this provider after thirteen years. I shouldn’t have to mentally prepare myself for how unnecessarily rude and dismissive the women who work here are. The second you say something that they don’t quite catch or need to follow up on, the condescending attitude jumps out at you. Maria and Martha have driven me away with their unfriendliness. Customer service has declined immensely and I’m pleased to take my business elsewhere. State Farm rates are fine and are not reflected in my single star review. My coverage has been more than adequate for the past 13 years and the only negative has been this office over the past year or so. Not sure how to reply to the reply so I’ll edit… My unpleasant interaction was in the fall and I have been extremely avoidant since then because of it. I had a lot of trouble with traveling often and getting my new Drive Safe set up (totally my bad because I was never around my mailbox and was slacking on the set up) but every call I made about only ended in rude, condescending, and unhelpful responses from Martha. “What do you MEAN? What do you MEAN by that?” as if I was spewing utter nonsense when all I was doing was asking questions and looking for a solution so I wouldn’t goof my coverage twice in one year! I am not a perfect customer, but I sure as hell am not rude. More recently I asked if Jesus still worked at your location and Maria answered like I was a bonehead for even inquiring. I have emails from the guy - he worked there in 2018 and I was only curious. He was very polite and I was wondering if maybe a pleasant experience was still viable at your location. She didn’t have to be catty and let me know that she’s NEVER known a Jesus that works there. Just say no, girlie! That’s as far as I’ll go to justify my decision to leave Statefarm. I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with my new provider and also was treated kindly by other offices while browsing around. An unpleasant attitude is not the norm, and shouldn’t be in an industry that is meant to HELP people. At the end of the day, a barrage of bad reviews cannot simply always fall on the customers. The customer is not always right and is not always perfect, but insurance can get confusing and overwhelming and you don’t have to be rude and ruin their day about it!"

I have reviewed all interaction logs and have spoken with the team in depth about any and all conversations we have had with you and I am not sure where we let you down? Outside of a recent vehicle change request, we have had very little communication with you regarding any insurance matters. I show we were attempting to finalize your vehicle change but all the information needed was not with you at the time and you were going to get back to us. I am not sure where the breakdown is but definitely want to do our best to change your experience and help you in any way possible. "I called this office for a quote. And unfortunately missed the first call. Another woman answered when I called back and Maria had already left the office for the day. I was told that I would receive a call back and no call was received until I called. My car insurance situation is a little tricky which is why I needed to call and speak to someone in person. Maria was not helpful and not pleasant to speak with. I will be choosing a different agency to Cary insurance with."

"No stars. If you can go to a different office! I hope you never have to resolve an issue with Maria and Martha. They will start yelling and become unprofessional. My mom uses this company. I really haven't had issues with insurance just with the workers here.There is nothing to discuss with any institution, since nothing ever existed I have no payments and NEVER have . My mother has never had any payments either. Information is incorrect. An email was sent in the matter to you."

"Should have paid more attention to the reviews.. Because something has changed In This office in the last year, before Kevin Smith was a great office to get insurance taking care of. Now they never answer the phone when going down there and apron entering no one no longer greets you, but they do have some people there to ignore you. Also sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes listening to the insurance lady talk about her brother and filing her tax’s and filing for extension I could go on but in a nut shell I felted uncomfortable so I left and went down the street to another company. And yes I found a cheaper payment with same coverage. So it all worked out ."

"Dropped us after we had been loyal for over 15 years for to unfortunate accidents. Much better and more affordable coverage now, would never recommend our ever go back. Never wanted to answer questions directly or help out. So a "claim" for a windshield, I had a kid who had 2 fender benders that shouldn't have been dealt with but he's a kid and was scared, then he had an accident that was his fault. You can say whatever you want but you don't care about people and made that clear by not answering questions when I had issues with another insurance company when the other driver was at fault. But, you sleep well on that pile of 💰 and "Be Safe""

As soon as I saw that Corporate was non-renewing your account, I reached out to see what we could do to save your account. When we were unsuccessful my office notified you way in advance of the cancellation date to give you the best opportunity to find coverage elsewhere. I am really sorry to lose you, but am happy you were able to find better more affordable coverage elsewhere before the policies cancelled. "Extremely poor customer service after doing 16+ years with this office. Whether filing a claim or communication with myself as a customer. Most recently we didn’t update a new debit card by accident for auto pay and did not get our insurance payment in. Take complete responsibility for not getting my payment in but come to find out the business dropped our insurance and notified us by mail only. When asked I was told we received 3 phone calls by the secretary which never happened. When speaking with Kevin he advised his office didn’t have the time to pick up the phone and inquire as to what the problem was with the payment. Again my responsibility for not making the payment or confirming it but from the customer service side it would have been really nice to at least get a phone call after paying this company so much money over the years. In my experience I did not feel like a valued customer and ultimately just a number. Extremely disappointed and we will not be spending another dime at this office"
